Tracey Cumbers COO National Networks Plus, Australias leading Healthcare Agency

Tracey Cumbers – Chief Operating Officer

Tracey Cumbers is a seasoned CEO with a strong background in the NDIS business sector. With four years of experience as a Council member for the ANRA (Australian Nursing Recruitment Association) industry sector group, part of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association Australia & New Zealand (RCSA), and a Diploma in Business Management, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to her role.

Tracey’s commitment to social responsibility is evident through her work as a Volunteer Services Overseas (VSO) Ambassador for Randstad and as the founder of the “Reach for the Stars Disability Carnival,” a successful event accommodating 1100 participants with physical or intellectual disabilities annually for the past 11 years. She has also coordinated numerous charity events, raising funds for organizations such as Redkite, Uniting, and Day for Daniel. Her dedication extends to helping long-term unemployed individuals find meaningful employment by collaborating with Job Network providers like Job Find and AMES Employment.

Additionally, as the founder of the “Lake Jindabyne Yabbies,” she has made a significant impact on surf life-saving awareness among children. In her current role as Chief Operating Officer at National Networks Plus & Help at Home by Montefiore since June 2017, Tracey has displayed exceptional leadership. She has successfully diversified the business into three trading brands, gained PBI status to provide salary packaging, and formed partnerships to offer cost-effective training programs in the Aged Care and Community sectors. Her business model for the Behavioural Management space received approval from the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission in 2019.

Previously, as Workforce Transition Recruitment Lead at Ausgrid (via Randstad) and Assessment and Service Delivery Manager at Randstad Australia Pty Ltd, Tracey demonstrated her expertise in recruitment and project management. Her ability to meet challenging recruitment goals, build strong relationships, and provide innovative solutions has consistently led to successful outcomes. Tracey has also excelled in leadership roles as National Client Solution Manager, General Manager Health & Community Care, and National Business Development Manager at Randstad Australia Pty Ltd.

Her achievements include winning office of the year, staff retention, and gaining accreditation in Human Services Quality Framework. With her extensive experience, leadership skills, and dedication to social causes, Tracey Cumbers is a formidable CEO in the NDIS business sector.

Matthew Faux Manager Community and Disability Division National Community Solutions, Australias leading Healthcare Agency

Matthew Faux – General Manager

National Networks Plus

Matthew Faux is a highly skilled General Manager in the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) business sector, boasting 25 years of diverse experience working with children and young adults facing severe learning difficulties and mental health issues. His passion for educating others about disabilities and facilitating access to support has transformed lives.

Matthew specializes in Autistic Spectrum Disorders, and he has personal experience within the community through family involvement and voluntary work. His dedication to excellence is evident through his consistent Outstanding ratings from UK regulatory bodies. In his current role as General Manager at National Networks Plus since July 2018, Matthew plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations, setting operational policies, creating, and managing budgets, and supervising employees. He excels in business development, updating training to align with regulatory standards, and implementing growth plans for the healthcare vertical.

Matthew’s career journey includes a significant role as Registered Manager and Responsible Individual (RI) Safeguarding Lead at KEYSGROUP PCE, Liverpool, UK. Here, he managed care provision for children and young people, exceeded Ofsted National Standard objectives, and maintained a strong focus on financial performance and case management. His extensive career also includes roles as an Agency Worker/Temporary Management at BS Social Care Agency and Teams Coordinator/Operations Manager at Options for Supported Living, both in Liverpool, UK. In these positions, he managed daily operations of multiple services catering to individuals with various disabilities and mental health issues, all while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maintaining high-quality care.

Matthew’s professional development includes a wide array of certifications and training in areas such as occupational safety, risk assessment, first aid, and numerous therapeutic and support techniques. He continually seeks to enhance his knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care and support to individuals with disabilities. With a robust educational background, including qualifications in management, social work, and occupational safety, Matthew Faux is a dedicated professional who has positively impacted the lives of many individuals facing disabilities and mental health challenges. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement makes him an asset in the NDIS business sector.

Cindi Carew – Manager – Operations

National Networks Plus

Cindi is passionate about working with NNP. She is focused on Customer Service, supporting her team in the office and more importantly all care staff out in the community.

Cindi’s personal experiences lead her to look for a role that gave back to the community. With a strong career background in Administration and Customer Service, she joined NNP in early 2018, starting as a Workforce Planner in both Aged Care and Home Care, then Senior Workforce Planner – Community and Team Leader. In August 2021 Cindi took on the role of Manager of Operations.

Cindi is a dedicated and versatile Manager of Operations. Known as a charismatic motivator of teams, she is able to build and sustain partnerships throughout the organisation to improve overall business profitability. Cindi has strong business acumen, demonstrating an outstanding track record of delivering results through collaboration, teamwork, and innovative thinking. Recognised as an astute problem solver with strong communication skills at all levels, with customer focus as the highest priority.

Victor Ribeiro – Senior Accountant

National Networks Plus

Since 2007 Victor has been working in the accounting and finance sector. His experience extends to diverse areas, such as accounting processes, taxation, strategic planning, budget & forecast, cost analysis management, internal controls & compliance, internal and external audits, CAPEX and supporting investment decisions.

Victor started working at NNP in 2019 in this period he has been involved in the transformation of the new funding streams, including NDIS, HCP, ICCS, CHSP, CDC, and FFS.

He has established great partnerships working alongside our huge client base supporting them with various financial portals which have been introduced to services providers.

Victor has implemented a new data analysis solution, Power BI, which is supporting the business and our clients with clear and transparent figures to evaluate financial areas for improvements.

His passion for problem-solving combined with analytical skills drives his actions in bringing new business insights to the NNP management team.

Jill Abraham – Business Development Manager – QLD

National Networks Plus

Jill brings 20 years’ state and regional management experience in the Disability and Aged Care Sector, transferring a greater understanding from a professional perspective of the daily challenges and pressures such a portfolio imposes along with systemic formulas organisations continuously review to retain value add with a client centered  approach.

Her foundational qualifications achieved include a Bachelor of Business and post Graduate Diploma in Management. Throughout her Teniers her strengths have been in leadership, research and strategy, organisational change, and development, building trusted relationships, contractual delivery and successful implementations of multimillion dollar programs within the sector with a core focus on operational viability and of course the retention of the sectors core purpose in the community recipients.

Jill believes that “favour has its own economy”. Applying this to any service delivery model and your leadership will see incredible outcomes for organisations, evidenced in the flow on effects to the core focus in community services, the clients.
