Training for NNP Staff Members

All staff that join NNP have access to our training. We offer both in-house inductions and training, as well as online training.

Some of our positions require mandatory training which we ensure all staff obtain prior to starting in any assignment.

Some role types require ongoing Professional Development to meet the requirements of annual professional registration such as Registered Nurses. We provide training that helps all staff meet their yearly requirements.

Completing mandatory training is critical for the competency of all staff within their role and directly affects the quality of the care provided to the people we support. Therefore training is a very important part of what we do.

Our Training Solution

NNP provides our training solution to the Aged and Community Care Sector, through our specialist professional IT systems Careshield.

We offer training suitable for every member of the Aged and Community Care workforce including Disability support staff, Homecare workers and Nurses. In order to offer better service to our clients, we collaborate with Aged and Community Care industry partners.
