Then this is the role for youThis 282 bed hospital is seeking a Clinical Coding Manager to join them and lead their team in the wonderful seaside location of Warrnambool, VIC.In this role you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the clinical Coding Team which includes coding training, auditing and education programs to support coding staff, clinicians and other stakeholders. This role is also accountable for optimisation of WIES targets through quality coding, auditing and monitoring of KPI’s.The successful applicant will have experience clinical coding auditing and knowledge of classification and casemix funding. Experience in staff management, excellent leadership and highly developed communication skills along with project experience are also essential for this position.
