Our Community division is looking for an experienced Roster Coordinator who is passionate about supporting the Disability and Community sectors and truly wants to make a difference and add real value. This exciting new position is available due to growth across our business, with an opportunity to grow and develop within a great team culture and a caring management team!!!Your day will be busy and will involve matching experienced Disability and Home Care staff to a multitude of different shifts that are requested to our business from all over Australia. Shifts come via phone call, email as well as our clients adding the shifts to the system respectively. Effective communication, ability to work with a sense of urgency and an ability to multitask is key to success in this role. Key duties include:Working effectively as a team member to ensure that all shifts are filled in a timely mannerEnsure that the right staff are working in the right shift - every time!!!Meet daily KPIs set for shifts filledBe proactive and problem solve with clients to ensure that the best available care is provided to our clientsConduct Candidate care calls on a weekly basis to keep the database 'clean' with active and available staffIf successful you will be working with a dynamic team that is hard working and results driven.
