Healthcare Industry Training
NNP is proud to offer the healthcare industry training that is affordable, accessible and thorough. Our industry training is available to anyone working within or wanting to work in the healthcare industry.
All staff that join NNP have access to our industry training as well as some exclusive staff-only training options.
We offer both in-person inductions and training, as well as online training.

Available Training
Upskilling Training
Available to all NNP Home Care staff Level 1.
NNP are offering free training days to complete upskilling training. This training is to educate staff on new skills to move from a Home Care Employee Level 1 to Home Care Employee Level 2. A great opportunity to improve your practical and clinical skills.
Training will include:
- Procedure for a bed bath
- Procedure for applying support stockings
- Procedure for emptying urinary catheter leg bag
- Continence care which includes how to apply and remove a continence pad.

Induction Training
Induction Training for all new staff joining NNP.
NNP provides online induction training for all new Aged Care and Community staff, as a requirement for joining our team and booking in for shifts.
Training will be available weekly for Aged Care staff and Community staff and will be conducted via (Microsoft) Teams. (We may in some months also provide face-to-face training in our French’s Forest office.)
Once your spot is booked you will receive an email from our team with details of the link and how to join your session online at the booked date and time.
